Trained Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMCH) volunteers provide companionship and support in times of transition and need. They offer support by bringing Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass.
St. Bartholomew provides pastoral care to residents in the wider community, we have a long history of providing Mass, Communion Services and Rosary prayers to area Nursing homes and Assisted Living Facilities. If you know of a resident in the community who would like a visit from one of the Parish Visitors, call the parish office.
Individual counseling and compassionate listening is available by appointment with the Deacon, the Director of Pastoral Ministry or Fr. Michael. The Pastoral staff can also make referrals to other helping professionals.
