The Ministry of Enrichment helps to broaden the understanding of pastoral ministry by offering relevant topics and programs of interest at each stage of life. This ministry includes: book study groups, PREPARE marriage preparation and ENRICH marriage enrichment and the Heart of the Matter Senior Seminar.

PREPARE Marriage Preparation

St.  Bartholomew uses the PREPARE program from Life Innovations to satisfy a part of the Archdiocesan requirements for the Sacrament of Marriage.

ENRICH Marriage Enrichment

The Pastoral Care staff and professional volunteers are trained to administer and interpret the ENRICH inventory for couples who want to enhance their marriage. Pastoral Care Staff is available for confidential consultations with couples who are concerned about their marriage.

Heart of the Matter Senior Seminar

St. Bartholomew Church recently launched The Heart of the Matter, an ongoing seminar for Seniors (55+). The seminars provide engaging speakers who will bring a wide range of experience (both professional and lived) with a fresh perspective about topics that are central to our lives. Each speaker will offer a variety of important and stimulating views that will invite new ways of thinking, fresh ways of understanding and good conversation about areas of importance in our lives.

We are excited to provide an opportunity for seniors that is original, inspiring and nourishes faith and spiritual growth. Invite your friends to join us as we listen to engaging speakers, sort out puzzling questions and address issues that are central to our lives to help us discover “the heart of the matter."
