If you would like the name of a seriously ill or deceased family member to be read during the announcements and prayed for by Saint Bart's worshipping community during the Masses, call the Parish Office, 952/473-6601.
Trained volunteers provide companionship and support in times of transition and need. They offer support through listening, serving, praying and they may also bring Eucharist to those who are unable to attend Mass. The Simon Society is a phone tree of volunteers who provide meals or other items of necessity for persons who have an unusual hardship.
Individual counseling and compassionate listening is available by appointment with the Deacon, the Director of Pastoral Ministry or Fr. Michael. The Pastoral staff can also make referrals to other helping professionals.

Documenting the hymns and readings you want at your funeral liturgy is a tremendous gift to your loved ones. Include your wishes as a natural part of your estate planning. A booklet will soon be available from the Director of Pastoral Ministry to help guide you through this process.
Saint Bartholomew provides pastoral care to residents in the wider community, we have a long history of providing Mass, Communion Services and Rosary prayers to area Nursing homes and Assisted Living Facilities. If you know of a resident in the community who would like a visit from one of the Parish Visitors call the parish office.
For rides to Mass, call the parish office. Transportation to doctor’s appointments can be arranged by calling the driver coordinator at Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners, 952/473-2436.
