Welcome and thank you for your interest in preparing for confirmation at St. Bart’s! The sacrament of Confirmation is vital to our Catholic life—it is essential for the completion of baptismal grace, unites us more firmly to Christ, and fills us with the Holy Spirit to live as authentic Christian witnesses. Our primary aim is to ensure that our students are well-formed in their Catholic faith, building in them a foundation that will carry them through high school, college, and beyond.

Important Information

This program is a two-year program.

Who: Youth can start their confirmation preparation between 8th grade and 11th grade.

When: Sundays once a month, we begin at 9:00 a.m.. We will end by attending 10:30am Mass together at St. Barts.

Where: St. Bart's School Gym

Content: We will cover topics like, 7 Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Saints, Sacrament of Confirmation, and other topics that are essential to developing a relationship with Jesus and understanding the basics of our Catholic Faith.

Important Note: Each candidate must attend each confirmation meeting with either one parent or with their confirmation sponsor. Check out the program overview or contact the parish office for more information.
