Open Position: Director of Pastoral Care
The Director of Pastoral Care is responsible for coordinating and providing for the pastoral care of the parish and community.
The job scope includes:
Create a Christian community of caring couples
Provide Pastoral Care ministry to the needs of the parish and community
Provide pastoral ministry to the senior adults in the parish and extended care facilities within the parish.
Provide pastoral counseling and therapeutic resources to the parish community.
Qualifications include: five years or more experience in pastoral care preferred; proficient computer skills; bachelor’s degree in pastoral care, certification in marriage preparation (e.g. Prepare/Enrich.)
